Website Privacy Notice

How we handle information from this website and your inquiries.

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Renwell Insurance LLC (Renwell) handles the information described in this notice in connection with our website and inquiries. For privacy questions or requests concerning your information, email privacy@renwell.io.

Information you provide

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, inquiry type, preferred language and message. Phone number and company name are optional. For personal insurance inquiries, you can also optionally select a coverage interest. When you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share in that conversation.

Please use the general form to tell us about your inquiry. Do not include policy documents, payment details, Social Security numbers, medical information or other sensitive information. If documents are needed, we will explain how to share them. The form does not create an account or accept document uploads.

How we use inquiry information

We use your information to understand your question, arrange follow-up in your preferred language, respond and keep a record of our communications. We also use limited technical information to operate the website, prevent duplicate submissions and reduce abuse.

We record each accepted form submission in a private inquiry database before confirming receipt. The record includes your submitted details, a reference, receipt time, follow-up and notification status, and the notice versions associated with the submission. Email notifications are additional copies, rather than the only record. A receipt confirms that we recorded an inquiry, not that an insurance review is complete or an email has reached an inbox.

Requesting a Commercial Coverage Review does not authorize us to seek quotes or approach insurers about your account. We ask separately before doing so. A message does not bind, change or cancel coverage.

Who handles your information

Authorized Renwell staff access inquiry information as needed to respond and maintain our records. Our website service providers include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for the private inquiry database, Resend for form notifications and acknowledgments, and Google Workspace for our email inboxes.

Form information passes through the hosting service to the database. Resend sends a notification containing your inquiry to our appropriate language inbox and a short receipt to your email address. The receipt does not repeat your original message. Correspondence and staff notification copies are held in our email systems. Providers process information to perform their respective services and may use subprocessors for those services.

We may also disclose information when applicable law requires it, or as permitted by law to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. This notice does not authorize unrelated marketing or an insurance quote search.

Lead sales, newsletters and AI

We do not sell leads. Submitting a website inquiry does not enroll you in a newsletter. We do not use website form submissions for AI processing. Any future change to those website uses will be reflected in an updated notice and any choices or permissions that apply.

Technical information and browser storage

The homepage uses your browser's session storage to remember which hero image appeared first. The form uses a random pending-request reference and a fingerprint of the submission to recognize a retry and help avoid duplicate records. Those session-storage entries do not contain the text of your message or your contact details. The form removes its pending entry after confirmed receipt. Browser settings control whether session storage is available.

If you accept optional website analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand which public pages people visit, how far they read, which public documents they open and whether contact links and inquiry submission work. Google processes cookie identifiers and browser, device and network information to provide this service. We do not send contact form values, coverage selections, message text or submission references to Analytics. Our controlled events omit URL query strings and fragments, and referral information is limited to the referring website’s origin. Automatic document-download measurement can also include public document link addresses, file names and link text.

Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics. You can decline without losing access to the website or contact form. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days using local storage; if storage is unavailable, the choice lasts only for the current page. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days. Withdrawing consent stops future collection on this site and removes its analytics cookies; it does not erase information already received by Google. For information requests, contact privacy@renwell.io.

We do not enable Google advertising personalization or Google signals through this integration. Our analytics controls treat a browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal as a request not to load Analytics. This is optional analytics, not enrollment in marketing or permission to process inquiry contents with AI.

The form service also uses a temporary hashed network reference to limit repeated requests. The inquiry record does not store your raw IP address, and our form handler does not write your message to request logs. This does not mean that the hosting or other providers keep no logs. Providers may process network, device, request and delivery information to operate and protect their services, including IP addresses in hosting records.

How long we keep information

We review ordinary inquiry records after the end of the second calendar year following the last substantive activity. For example, if the last substantive activity was in 2026, the review point begins in 2029. This is a review point, not an automatic deletion date.

At review, we consider whether information remains needed for follow-up, ongoing service, applicable recordkeeping duties or a legal or regulatory hold. Information no longer needed can be removed through our record-disposition process. Email copies, provider operational records and backups also need to be considered; a review does not promise immediate deletion from every system. Insurance client and policy records follow separate processes and may need to be kept longer.

Your questions and requests

Email privacy@renwell.io to ask about your information or request access, a correction or deletion. Describe what you need without attaching sensitive documents to the initial message. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information.

We handle requests according to the rights and obligations that apply to the information and your circumstances. Some records must be preserved for insurance, legal or other applicable duties. If a request is limited or cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the reason and any available review or appeal route. This notice does not promise that every record can be deleted on request.

Other websites and insurance services

Other organizations' websites have their own privacy practices. Insurance applications, document review and policy servicing can involve additional information, recipients and notices. This website notice does not replace an insurance privacy notice or authorization that applies to those activities.

Changes and contact

We will update this notice when our website information practices change. The date above identifies the current wording. Privacy requests go to privacy@renwell.io. For general insurance inquiries, use hello@renwell.io, hola@renwell.io, oi@renwell.io or (303) 335-0322. Renwell does not offer urgent service. To report a claim, use the insurer contact in your policy or claims documents.
